I finally decided to begin rebuilding my Trex 550, 9 months after crashing it. I started by removing the front gearbox from the frame, then removing the bent boom.
Next up is rebuilding the tail case with my new KDE upgrade kit, then placing the 1st order to replace all the damaged parts that I can see so far.
